We recycle
We are also able to take another big step forward in support of our environment. Our cartridges and resins can now be fully recycled. The plastic granulate is returned to the manufacturer, who mixes it with a certain proportion of new plastic, and in doing so is able to provide us with unbeatable quality yet again. The resin is also separated, washed and prepared for use once more.

Electric car charging station
ELYSATOR Engineering AG has its own charging station for electric vehicles! With this innovative step, we are demonstrating our commitment to environmentally friendly mobility and to promoting sustainable practices. Thanks to this new charging station, our employees are now able to conveniently charge their electric vehicles, thereby helping to reduce emissions and protect the environment. In this way, ELYSATOR Engineering AG is setting a benchmark for future-focussed and responsible corporate management.
Photovoltaic system
Since 2021, our production hall in Bilten has had its own photovoltaic system complete with storage battery. With it, we are able to generate enough power to cover our own electricity requirements throughout the year. We are passionate about the opportunity of generating clean energy while minimising our ecological footprint. It’s an outstanding investment in the future and means that we can make a contribution to protecting the environment.
Separating and recycling
Our magnesium anodes are processed and trimmed in-house. The valuable waste is collected and returned to the manufacturer. We also treat plastics, cardboard, paper, electronics and various metals in the same way. Everything is separated and collected for recycling.

The use of our products also benefits the environment. All of our devices are designed to save energy and are naturally free from chemicals. Lower heating costs thanks to reduced energy consumption, less maintenance work and a longer system service life.
