We are focus­sed on the future and we take the time to train app­ren­ti­ces with Fede­ral Cer­ti­fi­ca­te of Voca­tio­nal Trai­ning and Edu­ca­ti­on, while also pro­vi­ding intern roles.

We always try to work wit­hout che­mi­cals. Once they beco­me part of a pro­cess, it’s dif­fi­cult to remo­ve them. We are the­r­e­fo­re con­vin­ced that demi­ne­ra­li­sa­ti­on or full desa­li­na­ti­on are the way forward.

RECYCLING

We are a pro­duc­tion com­pa­ny and we recy­cle all mate­ri­als, inclu­ding alu­mi­ni­um, bat­te­ries, iron, magne­si­um, steel, glass, PET and elec­tro­nic waste.

FAIRNESS

We pro­mo­te fair­ness and human rights.

We con­duct regu­lar sup­pli­er visits and inspec­tions to make sure that their employees are trea­ted fair­ly and correctly.

YOUTH + SPORT

We sup­port employees who are soci­al­ly com­mit­ted by releasing them from work to act as offi­ci­als (trainers/coaches) on sel­ec­ted projects.
